Become a partner and organize your official Upstream Side Event!

Upstream Festival provides a space for startups and scaleups to make the connections they need to thrive and build companies that change the world for the better.

For our 2025 edition, the main program will take place on May 22nd. We have dedicated May 21th for independently organized side events. Side events may include breakfasts, dinners, workshops, and matchmaking.

To include your event in Upstreams 2025 official Side Event program, complete the form by April 1, 2025.

Please note:
- Events need to be communicated and take place in English.
- Primary Day for Side events is May 21st. We will consider events all week.
- We do not promote any events during Main Program - May 22 10:00 - 17:00 - unless they are in our venue.
- Event host will use the Upstream Logo and discount code in all communications
- Side events will be reviewed & selected by the team of Up!Rotterdam.
