Practitioner Listing Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming listed as a Practitioner who uses Photizo to supplement or enhance the therapies you offer.   It is completely free to join us, and you will receive the following benefits.

PRACTITIONER BENEFITS:
  • Website Listing: A listing on our website improves your online presence and allows more people who might need your services to be able to find you. 
  • Practitioner Members Area:  A secure members area where you can find all the information you need. We are passionate about photobiomodulation and we offer educational resources to help you help your clients.
  • Social Media Shout Out: When you register, we introduce you on our social media channels with a shout out (optional).
  • Practitioner Discount: As one of our Practitioners, you may order Photizo units from our website shop with a unique Practitioner discount code which allows you to receive £35 discount off any of our Photizo models for as long as you remain a listed practitioner.
  • Sell Photizo: You may wish to sell Photizo units to your clients. Buy them with your discount code and sell them to make a little extra revenue. We do stipulate that you sell them for no less than £299. 
  • Dropship:  We can even deliver directly to your customers  at no extra cost.
  • Hire Out Photizo: Some of our Practitioners hire out Photizo units to their clients to use between appointments, which benefits them and allows you to make extra revenue. In this way, clients can also try before they buy. We supply template rental agreements.
  • Free flyers: Order packs of free flyers from our online shop - we have designed them so that they have a space for you to add your own details. 2 options available. 
  • Free digital marketing image packs:  We supply free image packs for you to use on your website, social media or marketing materials. 
  • Trade In Offer:  We offer a trade in deal on elderly units - exclusive to Practitioners.  Subject to offer t’s & c’s.
  • Case Buddies Offer:  Send us a case study and receive discount on a future Photizo purchase.  Subject to offer t’s & c’s
  • Monthly e-newsletter: with news and offers
  • Become a Reseller: Once you have purchased a minimum of 4 Photizo models within a 12 month period of signing up as a Practitioner, you have the opportunity to apply to become a Photizo Reseller. This offers you bigger discounts. If you would like to know more please get in touch.
WHAT YOU NEED IN ORDER TO APPLY:
You need to be a fully qualified and insured practitioner (of humans and / or animals).
You need to have attended a relevant photobiomodulation CPD course.

  • Jo Rose phototherapy course
  • IAAT machine tools day
  • Katie Lawrence courses – Animal Rehab Health Academy
  • Omega training (Jan Lloyd Jones)
  • Wolds Equine
  • TCAP
  • THOR
  • Equine Massage Academy phototherapy course
  • Qualified Vet Physiotherapists who have taken an electrotherapy module as part of their qualification

Please select the Full Listing checkbox if you wish for your full business/practice address & exact location to be visible. A standard listing will show only your contact name, business/practice name, town, county, postcode contact email and phone number. Photobiomodulation CPD
We require all practitioners to take a photobiomodulation cpd course. This is to ensure that they have the knowledge and expertise to explain this modality to their clients and to be able to incorporate into their clinic, obtaining optimal results. 

Have you previously completed a photobiomodulation course?  The list of courses we accept are at the top of this form. If unsure please contact us.
