About the Product Advisory Community (PAC)

As AI technology advances at a rapid pace, the role of teachers in shaping educational technology tools becomes increasingly critical.

Recognizing this imperative, Course Hero is establishing a Product Advisory Community, where we’re inviting teachers across high school and higher education to participate in user research.

Teachers who join will have a unique opportunity to directly influence how Course Hero creates meaningful learning experiences for millions of students using AI.

What happens after I sign up?
Over the coming weeks, we may reach out to you with research opportunities that match your profile and interests. These may include surveys, interviews, usability testing, and more. Your feedback will directly influence the development and improvement of Course Hero's features and services.


How will the research be conducted?
Product advisory sessions may take place via Zoom and can take 30 to 60 minutes depending on your availability and the type of feedback needed. You may get to share your feedback on a new product or test it in your classroom. We may also occasionally conduct email surveys, which will not require a virtual meeting.
