• Coupon Code -  regular 5%, 10%, 15%, or 20% off code. We recommend this code for the most simplicity.
  

• Buy One, Get One Free - applies with the same SKU only (e.g., buy one Vitamin C and get one Vitamin C free) and with Private Labels only or blue labels products that you warehouse through the GetHealthy warehouse or fulfill in-clinic.  Please note: BOGO is not available to platform network brands and products.

• Buy One, Get a Free Gift - allows you to offer any SKU, and then get a Private Label product free or for a specified amount off.  Please note: BOGO is not available to platform network brands and products.

• While we do create the following brand restrictions to protect your profit, we are not responsible for profit loss from coupon code creation. We encourage you to look at your back office to reference your margins. Generally, the following brands will be excluded from any code with the following discount percentage:

Persistent discounts can be set per patient in the admin, and are ALWAYS favored over coupon codes and do NOT stack. Therefore, if you've applied a 10% off code to a patient's profile, and then give them a 15% off, they will not receive 25% off.
• We do NOT offer fixed price discounts on Platform Brands and products.

• NOTE:  We may reach out with questions about your coupon code submission form.  We recommend waiting until your code is active, and you are notified before using it in any marketing materials.  Coupon Codes will be setup Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m CT during normal business hours and it may take up to four business days for your code to be built.
