To send chatbot-initiated messages, owners must agree to Rakuten Viber's Chatbot Commercial Terms. Monthly charges apply for each message delivered, based on a cost-per-delivered basis. A maintenance fee per bot is also charged each calendar month. Unlimited session messages are included in the maintenance fee.
