AEA Bhutan Site Inspection for Faculty and SAO

Thank you for your interest in our inspection to Bhutan for faculty and administrators interested in offering Bhutan as a faculty-led or other study abroad destination.

* The inspection will be for approximately 1 week between December, 2023 and March, 2024. The program can be adjusted to include visits relevant to your future study abroad group. The overview will be sent after you express interest through this form.

* Add-on visits are available in India, Thailand, Singapore and Nepal as well as other locations you may decide to visit on the way.

* You will be responsible for all flights and a fee of $1,500 for the land program within Bhutan, which includes all costs in country other than personal expenses.

* The price is heavily discounted due to the government's waiving of the $200 daily fee, which will be partially waived for groups until the end of 2027.
