Print service providers (PSPs) need to sell the value of print more than ever, and seek ways to differentiate themselves against growing competition. In doing so, they need the right technology and support to ensure their print is effective as well. This analysis is based on a Pacesetter award program that provides the industry with some vendor initiatives that make printing products more effective, increase the value of print, as well as foster greater understanding and collaboration between the main players in the print industry.
