Buzze Engagement Agreement

Thank you for considering Buzze for your EV charging solutions. By signing this agreement, you commit to exploring EV charging solutions with Buzze. In exchange, Buzze will perform a comprehensive search for the maximum available incentives and rebates for your project.

Engagement Terms

1.   Incentive Search:
   
   • Buzze will identify and secure the maximum available incentives and rebates to cover the costs of installing EV charging stations at your property.
2. Decision Period:
   • You have three (3) months to review the proposed incentives and project details with Buzze's support. 
3. Commitment: 
   • If the project meets your approval, you agree to proceed with Buzze as your service provider.
4. Exclusive Agreement: 
   • During the decision period, in recognition of Buzze's efforts to secure incentives, you agree to work exclusively with Buzze for your EV charging solutions.
5. No Obligation: 
   • If Buzze does not secure satisfactory incentives,, you are not obligated to proceed. 

Next Steps

Upon signing, Buzze will begin researching and securing incentives for your project, keeping you informed with regular updates.
