Galt's Gulch U.S. Based Student/Young Adult Application & Scholarship Form

All Galt’s Gulch United States based student/young adult attendees will be selected based on a thorough review of this application. Unless otherwise requested, this application will also serve as your lodging/travel scholarship application.

Galt's Gulch student/young adult applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old. Please read each question carefully, and answer thoroughly. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Please note the terms of the travel reimbursement portion of the scholarship:

If selected for a scholarship, you will be responsible for paying your travel expenses up front. You will be reimbursed AFTER the event concludes and under the following conditions:

You share your full travel itinerary and provide all receipts for your travel expenses.
You miss no more than two sessions during the conference. **Badges will be scanned upon entry to each session.**
You have signed and do not violate any stipulations of the Code of Conduct & Liability form (to be sent via email by TAS staff prior to the event)
**If flying: you purchase travel insurance to cover personal liability and injury for your trip. (We can reimburse this as part of your scholarship.)

I understand that by submitting this application, I am not guaranteed to be selected as an attendee or for a scholarship/ lodging reimbursement to attend Galt's Gulch.

I also understand that, if I selected yes to the previous question, I am requesting to be considered for a modest amount of money to cover costs associated with ticket purchase & travel to and from The Atlas Society's Galt's Gulch conference, and that this stipend is not intended to cover all travel costs associated with attending the event (i.e., non-event meals, room service charges, etc.).
