ADDMORE Services LLC, an Outsourcing Company from Las Vegas Nevada USA has an exceptional opportunity for an Independent Contractor as 3D Visualizer. Our major services comprise of Auto CAD Drafting, 3D BIM Modelling, Take off services, Cost and Project Management of hotels, residential, commercial, marine superyacht fit out and other high-end luxury projects. Following the recent formation of the business, we are seeking to appoint an Independent Contractor for 3D Visualizer to assist with the architectural design packages.

 

Collaborate to the BIM Job Captain and Architectural Job Captain. this role is responsible to:

 

As a 3D visualizer, you will collaborate with design and architectural teams to ensure that proposed project designs are reproduced accurately and effectively. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the project brief is followed and work is completed on schedule.

The role of a 3D visualizer involves the following duties: 

  • Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize
  • Construct Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for the presentation.
  • Participate in research and presentation of new design proposals to clients or managers
  • Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models
  • Creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real-life objects using special rendering software
  • Enhancing images and adding special effects creatively
  • Creating 3D walk-throughs and fly-through in artistic fields
  • Delivering Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to clients
  • Presenting and explaining visuals to the design team and clients
  • Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible 
  • Assisting with planning decisions
  • Creating both static visualizations and animations/CGI (computer-generated imagery) 
  • Working with industry-standard design tools and programs
  • Visualizing building concepts in various graphic mediums
  • Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances.
  • Comply with the Company’s QA requirements and best practice

 

The attributes we seek comprise:

 

  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or comparable experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in design using software such as AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max and VRay, as well as programmes such as Adobe Photoshop and other graphic or rendering software
  • Working knowledge of design industry workflows, production cycle and priorities.
  • Good leadership skills with an ability to work in a multicultural, multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to uphold the use of standards and escalate issues in a timely fashion.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills and good presentation skills in English
  • Architectural Design, Interior, Construction industry experience is required.
