Widget Request Form

Please use this form for the following purposes:
1) To request a new widget to be added to your platform (example: a Resource widget on a career community page)
2) To edit an existing widget and its current settings/placement/heading/design
3) To remove an existing widget

You MUST submit ONE widget change at a time. This better helps our team to process your requests in a timely manner and it helps you to better manage a large amount of widget changes by breaking them into individual requests.

Timelines:
- Each widget change takes typically between 24-48 hours
- 5-10 widget changes may take up 1-3 days
- 10+ widget changes may take up to 5 days
