Basic Terms & Conditions

Remote Sessions: A labour fee of R375.00 incl. vat per 15 minutes or 750 per 30 minutes will be charged, thereafter an additional fee of R750.00 per 30 minutes or R1 500.00 per hour.

Call Out: A minimum local call out fee of R850.00 incl. vat will be charged for call-outs within a 50km radius. Should this amount be more due to extended travelling time and distance, a quotation will be provided if requested.

Labour Fees: A labour fee of R750.00 incl. vat per 30 minutes or R1 500.00 per hour will be charged, thereafter an additional fee of R750.00 per 30 minutes or R1 500.00 per hour.

Payments: All payments due within 7 days of invoice date.

Additional work: Please let us know if you require a formal quotation for any additional work beyond the first hour, should we not be able to resolve the issue within the first callout.
