1. You represent and warrant that (i) you own or otherwise obtained all of the rights to these photos, and you otherwise have the right to use, post, display, distribute and reproduce such photos and to grant the rights granted herein; and (ii) the uploaded photos do not violate Terms of Use and Privacy and will not violate any rights of or cause injury to any person or entity. 2. Do not upload photos that you do not own (e.g., work belonging to someone else or that you found on the Internet). 3. Do not upload any photos that are watermarked. 4. Photos must be ADS-B related. Photos with the primary subject as a person will not be accepted. 5. Photos should be of higher quality, with good lighting, focused, leveled, not overly compressed/cropped, etc. 6.
