Gusto Community Fund x 500

The Gusto Community Fund is an initiative which puts a percentage of profits back into communities local to where the employees of companies within the Gusto Group live. The fund is dispersed to local community initiatives on the basis of nominations made by individual Gusto employees on this form.  From time-to-time the buyers of a new Gusto home are also invited to make a nomination.

 

The funds available for distribution are reviewed annually, along with the precise arrangements relating to the way in which they are to be distributed.  This information is then notified to employees and homebuyers who then are invited to make their nominations accordingly using this form, ideally online or if necessary by handing a hard-copy print-off to your line manager or one  of the Fund Administrators.

 

These funds are intended to empower individual Gusto employees to support the local community in which they live, and to enable the buyers of a Gusto new home to settle into, and support, their new local community. When making a nomination, you should briefly describe the purpose of the recipient organisation if that is not self-explanatory from its name.  Please note when making your nomination that funds will only be transferred into the recipient organisation's  bank account, and not to the account of a private individual.


Your nomination will be acknowledged as soon as it has been made, and the recipient organisation will be contacted and invited to apply for payment; you will also be notified when the grant has been paid. We may also be arranging a suitable opportunity to hand-over a presentation cheque to the recipients, inviting you to be be present if available.
