Annual membership fee

Remarks

The association's financial year is from July 1st to June 30th the following year. The annual fees are generally calculated on a pro-rated basis. I.e., if you join by October 1st, the annual membership fee in the first is just 3/4 of the standard fee. There is one exception though: If you join by April 1st (i.e. in the last quarter), the club will invoice the last quarter as well as the full upcoming year together (5/4 in total) for administrative reasons.

Forum placement takes place within the first quarter of joining and can therefore take up to 3 months.

The member undertakes to participate in their respective forum according to its charter. Forums always start in the early evening and cannot be individually adapted. Ideally, the forum training is completed before the forum placement.

If the applicant withdraws the membership application after the the EO Zurich board approved the application and sent the welcome email, an administration fee of CHF 1500 will be invoiced. A resignation from the association is possible at the end of the association year. If you resign during the first year, the initiation fee and pro-rated annual fee remain payable.
