2026/2027 IC3 Regional Forums - Host School Application Form

We are excited to announce the 2026/2027 IC3 Regional Forums, a series of two-days regional events organized by the IC3 Regional Committees that will be held in high schools across multiple cities and countries.

A critical initiative of the IC3 Movement’s mission to bring counseling in every school, the IC3 Regional Forums are hosted at high schools around the world. The forums bring together leadership and staff from high schools in the local region for a focused dialogue on the significance of career and college counseling as an integral function in schools. At the forums, counselors, teachers and principals from hundreds of schools that have limited resources for travel and training are provided an opportunity for learning, knowledge creation and sharing, along with networking within the community and with universities from across the globe.

The IC3 Regional Forums will be held from January - July 2026/2027
Applications are now open to register as an IC3 Host School.

The institution will provide a venue (main hall plus 2 breakout rooms, if necessary) for the gathering of 100-150 delegates along with audiovisual equipment (projector, microphones, speakers, clickers, white board/charts) etc.

The institution will provide 2 servings of refreshments/tea plus lunch for all attendees.

The institution will provide student and teacher volunteers to help with venue logistics including: welcoming delegates, providing directions, answering questions, assisting with registration, etc., and other tasks as needed.

The institution will be primarily responsible to conduct outreach to high schools, universities, associated organizations in a ~50-km. radius to promote the event and encourage participation.

The institution may be requested to provide invitation letters to international attendees for supporting documentation as part of their visa application process to attend the event.

The institution will ensure there is relevant branding and signage at the venue. (IC3 communications team to provide design, printing and placement will be the school’s responsibility)

The institution understands that this is a counseling-based event, with the purpose of professional development for counselors to learn from other counselors in the field. We understand that IC3/the organizers cannot guarantee a certain number of universities participating at the event.
