Eligibility

To be eligible for the Aspire programme, you must:

Be a UK resident
Live in London
Be either employed and earning less than £11.95 per hour OR Unemployed
Do not already hold a Level 4 qualification or higher (this could include NVQ/BTEC Level 4, HNC/HND, Degree, Master’s Degree)

When you enrol, you'll be asked to provide evidence to support your eligibility.
