Our dedicated poster session is the perfect way to get your research noticed, ideal for PhD students or Post-Doctoral researchers. In order to present a poster, you need to register as a delegate. 

Please note that there is limited space available, and poster space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to checks and successful registration).

Deadline: 7pm (BST) on Friday June 2 2023

Posters should be a one page PDF in portrait orientation.

Abstracts received after this time may not be accepted so please submit your abstract as soon as possible! Academics that submit a poster abstract before June 2 get a €100 discount.

Posters should be sized A0 (841mm x 1189mm) in portrait orientation.
