This order form is for use by Borambil Pastoral Co. Australia clients and their veterinarians. Please complete all the information requested below. Once the form is submitted we will revert with a tax invoice for semen logistics and transport costs, and request your approval to charge your nominated financial institution. We advise that we use TNT couriers to transport frozen semen ex Gene Movers, Bacchus Marsh in VIC and costs vary based on the destination.

PLEASE READ: Frozen semen orders (which include 8 straws per dose) will incur the following charges, in addition to transport costs:
- A Tale Of The Cat (IS) | $110 Administration and Packing Fee
- Aristo Tuff (Imp) | $250 chute fee

Please understand that frozen semen shippers are valuable. A return self-addressed packing docket will be included with your frozen semen shipper for your convenience. In the event that the shipper is not returned to Gene Movers within 10 days, you will incur a late return fee of $10 per day (+GST) for each day overdue. Please liaise with your Veterinary Clinic regarding this policy.
